Ipsy Glam Bag May 2014

Hello Everyone,

Sorry again for not posting I have been really busy with school starting again and plus I couldn't really find anything to write about but don't worry that will change, I have a couple things that I want to post like a Spring/Summer haul, monthly faves, and since it's getting warmer maybe some outdoor/landscape type of photography pics so stay tuned for that :)

Today i'm sharing my May Ipsy Glam Bag. I was excited for this bag when I saw the sneak peaks and other people sharing theirs on YouTube. Click here for last months bag post. For those who are new to my blog and who don't know what Ipsy is it is a monthly subscription service where they send you 4-5 sample sized beauty products for just $10 a month. This is my 3rd bag and I'm happy with it. Click here to learn more or to subscribe.

The theme of the bag this month was Fresh Picks. It's a month of crisp air, vibrant flowers, and fresh Glam Bag products! Getting your beauty to bloom all month long will be easy as lying in the warm grass and basking in the sunshine.

The first two products I pulled out was the Bare Foot Spa Professional Exfoliating Polish.Bare Foot Spa Professional Exfoliating Polish is an aquatic-inspired, shimmering body polish that delivers gentle exfoliation for skin that's rejuvenated and re-energized. Non-abrasive mirco-granules buff away dead skin as Apricot Oil nourishes and sooths. Our triple-botanical ReCapture Complex helps helps eliminate toxins, restore essential nutrients, and reinvigorate with antioxidants to reduce surface roughness. Shimmering Mica enhances skin's radiance. The full size price is $5.99 and its 5.3 oz.

I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure I will like it. I'm going to use it today on me and my grandma, if you want to know my opinion then comment below and I will reply with my opinion :)

The first product is the Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm in Elusive. Match any look or mood with the craveable colors of the Revlon ColorBurst Crayon Collection. From barely there to bright and bold, these moisture-rich balms keep lips soft and smooth in 30 shades and 3 finishes. Try ColorBurst Matte Balm for plush color, ColorBurst Lacquer Balm for brilliant shine, and ColorBurst Balm Stain for a kissable pout. Find your finish. Collect them all. You can find these lip balms in most drugstores and at Target and Walmart.

I was happy to receive this in my glam bag but when I tried it on the color didn't really match my skin tone so I don't know I will figure out a different way to use it.

The next product is the Pacifica Mineral Eyeshadow Duo. The Pacifica Mineral Eyeshadow Duo are coconut infused mineral eye shadows that are a perfect addition to any makeup collection. Packaged in a beautiful travel ready recyclable container, these exclusive duos are customized just for tipsy! These shades can be found in the Pacifica Mystical and Charmed Palette. Smooth application with gorgeous color pay-off. The Mystical Palette is $14 and the Charmed Palette is $17.

I love the two colors it looks so pretty on my skin tone, I'm happy I received this product.

The next product is the Jersey Shore Sun Sans Tan Anti-aging Sunscreen. The Jersey Shore Sun Tan Anti-aging Sunscreen contains non-nano, ani-aging, certified organic ingredients, including vitamin E (non-GMO) & vitamin D3 which can be deficient in individuals avoiding the sun. SPF 35 provides broad spectrum protection which prevents premature aging and helps to prevent health risks associated with prolonged exposure to the sun.Top rated & recommended for safety, stability and excellent UVA protection, by The Environmental Working Group. Named 'Summer Must Haves' in 2013 by PETA Living. The full size is $40 and its 2 oz.

I haven't tried it yet but I'm excited to. I'm set for the summer I received quite a few of sunscreens between this subscription and BirchBox. By the way I'm not subscribed  to BirchBox anymore because I think Ipsy is a tad better in my opinion.

The last product is the Eva NYC Therapy Session Hair Mask. The Therapy Session Hair Mask deeply conditions, repairs and strengthens dry and damaged hair. Argan Oil nourishes and revitalizes, while Keravis Protein drastically increases hair's strength and elasticity. The results are hydrated , soft and manageable hair. The full size is $40 and its 16.9 oz, they also sell the size above for $12.

I was most excited to receive this product because I have natural curly hair and I'm still looking for that one deep conditioner that will make my hair feel like everything lol I haven't tried it yet but when I do I will keep you posted on how I liked it :)
